Terms and Conditions for Online Ordering:
- All prices on the website are in Australian Dollars
- All orders must be checked prior to leaving the store
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, your Store Assistant will process a request for a credit.
- Refund requests are only available at the time of collection.
- Made a mistake when ordering, no problem, simply email within 30 minutes of ordering hello@chopshopbutchers.com.au and Head Office will cancel & refund your transaction during business hours.
- Refunds can only be processed by Head Office during Business Hours.
- Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method.
- Refunds are processed thorugh the EWAY secure payment gateway or the PayPal J&S Meat Group P/L Account.
- Refunds are immediate and the payee will be notificed by EWAY and PayPal.
A staff member will quickly and effeciently go through your order to make sure you have 100% satisfition prior to getting your order home and to make sure your order is complete. This protects both parties. If a customer waives the right to have the order checked they are waiving thier right to request a credit.
Prices may vary in the Online store to the Retail Store from time to time, however you are purchasing online and agreeing to the prices set in our online store.
The Chop Shop Butchers Head Office business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Terms and Conditions Online Specials:
- Specials are available as per the advertised dates on various promotional mediums.
- Once in the cart you have secured the product at the price you have agreed too.
- If the product is showing “Unavailable” it means the time period for that special has elapsed.
- Specials change weekly and are automatically changed and cannot be varied by store staff.
- Some items are limited.
We try our hardest to keep the Online Store interesting with specials changing regulary and products being added or deleted due to seasonal factors.
